Owner’s Ship
At CTS SHIPPING AGENCY C.A. As a owner’s ship we assist in: repatriations, medical assistance, hospitalizations, land permits, transportation and hotel accommodation. Additional tasks may include cash money deliveries, supplies, engine and deck supplies, parts, repairs and lubricants, and / or fuel delivery.
Protective Agent
As a Protective Agent, at CTS SHIPPING AGENCY C.A., we assume specific responsibilities and actions that have been specifically expressed by our principal. Under this service modality, we may act as advisor to our principal or directly on his behalf, regarding the necessary and pertinent activities, with the direction and control of the processes related to landfall and movements of the ship in port. As well as, the transmission of instructions to the Captain.
Port Agent
In the figure of Port Agents, at CTS SHIPPING AGENCY C.A., we will serve the interests of the parties involved, specifically the operator and the charterer, strictly adhering to the clauses established by the contract between the ship’s principals. Under this modality, we have the obligation, with the party that nominates us, to assist in fully complying with the requirements of each port and provide updated details of the management of documents and operations of the ship, keeping the operation confidential at all times.
